Gaza city: Several Palestinian civilians were killed and wounded on Tuesday in Israeli warplanes' bombing of various parts of the Gaza Strip, according to WAFA correspondents.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the strikes resulted in numerous casualties, with several civilians reported dead and others injured in the Abu Sharia area in the Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City. Medical sources confirmed these fatalities and injuries following the Israeli bombing.
WAFA correspondents further noted that eight individuals lost their lives when Israeli forces targeted the tents of displaced persons in the Mawasi area of Khan Yunis, located south of Gaza City. In another incident, two people were killed and others wounded as Israeli airstrikes targeted aid workers near the Netzarim axis in the central Gaza Strip.
Since dawn, Israeli airstrikes have claimed the lives of 25 civilians, including eight aid workers, across different areas of the Gaza Strip. The ongoing conflict has resulted in over 210,000 casualties, most of whom are children and women. Additionally, more than 9,000 individuals are reported missing.
The violence has led to the displacement of hundreds of thousands, with famine and destruction affecting numerous people, including children, across the region.
