Tulkarm: Several Palestinian civilians were injured on Saturday evening following assaults by Israeli occupation forces and colonists in the town of Ramin, east of Tulkarm in the northern West Bank. Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli forces entered the town from the valley, pursued residents, detained several young men, and subjected them to field interrogations. During the incursion, soldiers physically assaulted a number of civilians.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, forcing them to close, and broke into several homes, vandalizing property during extensive searches. Simultaneously, Israeli colonists were active in the Ramin plain area, attacking Palestinian vehicles, assaulting residents with physical violence, and using pepper spray. Several individuals suffered from suffocation and received on-site treatment from Palestinian Red Crescent medics.
This incident is part of a broader escalation in the northern and eastern parts of the Tulkarm governorate. For the second consecutive day, towns including Bal'a, Anabta, Attil, Deir al-Ghusun, Zeita, and al-Jaroushiya have faced continued aggression by Israeli forces.
