Post: Settlers Ignite Farmland South of Nablus

Nablus: Israeli colonists set fire to agricultural land on Tuesday in the village of Al-Sawiya, south of Nablus. Village council head Hikmat Abu Ras reported that colonists in two vehicles ignited tires and threw them toward farmland along the road between Al-Sawiya and Al-Lubban al-Sharqiya, leading to large areas of wheat crops and olive trees being burned.

According to Palestine news and Information Agency, residents managed to confront the attack and extinguish the fire. Abu Ras called on official institutions to urgently provide basic support to villages in southern Nablus to help them withstand colonists' attacks.
