Riyadh: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned the continued military escalation by Israeli occupation forces against unarmed Palestinian civilians, including the recent targeting of the Gaza European Hospital in Khan Younis, which resulted in numerous fatalities and injuries.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, in a statement released by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Kingdom reiterated its firm rejection of the ongoing acts of genocide committed by Israeli forces. The statement called for an immediate ceasefire and held the Israeli occupation forces fully responsible for their repeated violations of international and humanitarian laws.
Saudi Arabia also emphasized the legal, humanitarian, and moral responsibility of the international community to activate mechanisms of accountability. It urged global actors to put an end to the ongoing violations of international law and UN resolutions by the Israeli occupation.
