Ramallah: Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Mohammad Mustafa discussed with Deputy Prime Minister and Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani support for the government's relief, recovery, and reconstruction efforts in the Gaza Strip. This meeting took place in his office in Ramallah, attended by Minister of Social Development Samah Hamad and Italian Consul General Domenico Bellato.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Mustafa expressed appreciation for the Italian leadership's continued support for Palestine. He highlighted the significance of this visit, which aligns with the cessation of aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the intensification of relief and humanitarian efforts in the region.
The Prime Minister elaborated on the government's plan for relief, emergency response, and early recovery for the Gaza Strip, which was prepared several months ago. This plan, which will be implemented over the next six months, covers various sectors while addressing priorities and needs. It aims to encompass relief efforts, early recovery, and the restoration of basic services, emphasizing the need for coordination with the institutions of the State of Palestine.
