Ramallah: President Mahmoud Abbas received more congratulatory messages from heads of state and leaders on the 37th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the State of Palestine.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, President Abbas received congratulatory messages from King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt, President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China, and King Mohammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco. Additional messages came from President Asif Ali Zardari of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, President Bassirou Diom© Faye of the Republic of Senegal, and President Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
Further congratulations were extended by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan, President Mahamadou Idriss D©by Itno of the Republic of Chad, President Daniel Ortega Saavedra of the Republic of Nicaragua, along with his Vice President Rosario Murillo, and President Aleksandar Vucic of the Republic of Serbia.
The presidents and leaders expressed their support for the Palestinian people and their efforts to regain their legitimate national rights. They also conveyed their wishes for President Mahmoud Abbas's continued health and well-being, and for the Palestinian people to achieve freedom and independence.
