Ramallah: President Mahmoud Abbas received the annual report of the Preventive Security Service for the year 2025 on Thursday evening. The report was presented during a meeting at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah with the Director-General of the Preventive Security Service, Major General Iyad Al-Aqraa.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Major General Al-Aqraa briefed the president on the key findings of the annual report, the achievements made by the service over the past year, and the planned strategy to further develop its work in the interest of the Palestinian people and homeland.
President Abbas praised the efforts of the Preventive Security Service and its leadership, alongside other security agencies, in maintaining security, safeguarding citizens' dignity, strengthening the rule of law, and combating crime. He reaffirmed his full support for the work of the security services in accordance with the law.
