Ramallah: President Mahmoud Abbas issued a presidential decree amending the composition of the 19th Palestinian government. The decree includes the appointment of Mohammad Farouq Al-Ahmad as the new Minister of Transport.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Al-Ahmad is set to swear in before President Abbas and in the presence of Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa at a later time.
