Ramallah: Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa has officially conveyed the State of Palestine's full support and endorsement for the New York Declaration on the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution and its Annex, in letters addressed to Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and French Foreign Minister Jean-No«l Barrot.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, this endorsement follows the conclusion of the United Nations High-Level International Conference on the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine, held at UN Headquarters in New York from 28 to 30 July 2025, and co-chaired by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of France.
In his letters, Prime Minister Mustafa extended the deepest gratitude of the State and Government of Palestine for the efforts made by both the Government of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, and the Government of France, under the leadership of President Emmanuel Macron, for their role in organizing and ensuring the success of this international conference.
The Prime Minister also expressed appreciation for the personal efforts of His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Minister Jean-No«l Barrot, as well as their teams in coordinating and facilitating the work of the eight working groups established during the conference. He commended their efforts to secure the broadest possible international participation and engagement in shaping the outcomes of this event.
