Al-Far'a: Israeli occupation forces continue to raid the homes of Palestinians in Al-Far'a refugee camp, north of the occupied West Bank, forcing more families to flee, in addition to destroying the contents of their homes.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the head of the Al-Far'a Camp Services Committee, Asem Mansour, stated that the occupation forces have been storming homes since the morning, forcing several families to flee with the aim of turning their homes into military points. Mansour noted that these forces have been forcibly removing doors and blowing up entrances, and many homeowners had been displaced days prior. The forces are reportedly destroying the interiors of these homes.
Mansour further indicated that additional military reinforcements are being sent from the Al-Hamra checkpoint towards the camp. He emphasized that the humanitarian situation is deteriorating with a continued water outage for the ninth consecutive day, and a lack of food, medicines, and baby milk. Aid allowed into the camp is insufficient, and the forces are allegedly preventing the entry of adequate supplies.
In the meantime, a local woman was injured by shrapnel during the ongoing military raid. Local sources reported that the 42-year-old woman was wounded when Israeli forces detonated the door of her house. Medical teams confirmed reaching the injured woman, who sustained shrapnel wounds to the head. Her condition is stable, and she has been transferred to Tubas Turkish Governmental Hospital for further treatment.
