Bethlehem: A Palestinian man suffered bruises and wounds on Thursday evening following an assault by Israeli occupation forces in the village of al-Maniya, southeast of Bethlehem.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestinian Red Crescent in Bethlehem reported that Israeli forces stopped a garbage collection vehicle near the al-Maniya roundabout and forcibly removed the driver, Jihad Zawahra, 37. He was beaten by soldiers, resulting in multiple bruises, contusions, and wounds, and was subsequently taken to a hospital for treatment.
