Post: Palestinian Man Injured in Assault by Israeli Forces Near Hebron

Hebron: A Palestinian man sustained bruises on Tuesday afternoon after being assaulted by Israeli occupation forces in the Masafer Yatta area. The incident has raised concerns over the ongoing tensions in the region.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, activist Osama Makhamreh reported that the occupation forces raided the Al-Jawayathat area in Masafer Yatta. During the raid, the forces assaulted a citizen from the Shawahin family, resulting in bruises and wounds to his face. The injured man was subsequently taken to a hospital for medical treatment.

In addition to the assault, the soldiers filled in a 150-cubic-meter water well, constructed stone walls, and uprooted trees owned by Ali Muhammad Al-Shawahin. The actions have further exacerbated the situation in the area, which has been a focal point of conflict.
