Palestinian Injured After Being Run Over by Israeli Military Jeep East of Nablus

Nablus: A young Palestinian man was injured at dawn on Thursday after being run over by an Israeli military jeep east of Nablus, according to sources at the Palestine Red Crescent in Nablus.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, sources said that a 30-year-old man was transferred to the hospital for treatment following the incident involving the Israeli military jeep. Local sources reported that Israeli soldiers forced a Palestinian family living on Amman Street, east of Nablus, to evacuate their home, leaving them outdoors in the cold of the early morning hours.

Dozens of Israeli military vehicles stormed the eastern area of the city at dawn, as well as the surroundings of Joseph's Tomb, carrying colonists who entered the site and performed Talmudic rituals inside. In addition, Israeli snipers took positions on the rooftops of homes on Jerusalem Street and in the al-Dahiya area, where they forced residents to evacuate a house.

The occupation forces also closed al-Hasba Street in the east this morning, preventing trucks from passing through.
