Qalqilia: A Palestinian man was seriously injured this evening by Israeli forces' gunfire near the village of Jit east of Qalqiliya.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the incident occurred when Israeli soldiers opened fire at a Palestinian driver after he allegedly carried out a car-ramming attack. The identity and condition of the Palestinian man remain unknown at this time.
Israeli sources reported that an Israeli was critically injured in the head during the alleged attack near the Kedumim colony. Investigations are currently underway to determine whether the individual was hit by Israeli army gunfire.
