Geneva: The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) stated that Israel's plan to build thousands of colonial units in the West Bank and near East Jerusalem is illegal under international law. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, OHCHR warned that the plan threatens Palestinians in the area with the risk of forced displacement, which it described as a war crime.
