The Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of (Muhammad Al-Kuhli), who is exploiting a person on social media.
A statement by the Ministry of Interior stated: "The competent authorities in the Ministry of Interior continued, through its position, its procedures regarding holding accountable the owners of the downloading content, as well as the people who offend the sons of our honorable Iraqi people, in high-level coordination with the esteemed Supreme Judicial Council."
He added that the concerned security services arrested the so-called (Muhammad Al-Kuhli), who is exploiting a person who suffers from psychological disorders as preliminary information, photographing him and showing him on social networking sites, while he is performing behavior that violates taste, morals, and public modesty.
