As the evening and night approach, the weather will remain partly cloudy to cloudy and cold, particularly in mountainous areas, with continued scattered showers. Winds will shift to northwesterly to westerly, remaining moderate to brisk, and sea waves will be moderate to high. Looking ahead to tomorrow, Wednesday, the weather will be partly cloudy with a slight rise in temperatures, though it will remain cold, especially in the mountainous areas. Winds will transition to northwesterly to southeasterly and will be moderate, while sea waves will continue to be moderate to high. On Thursday, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy with a noticeable rise in temperatures, remaining relatively cold in the highlands. Winds will be moderate southeasterly, and sea waves will be low. By Friday, the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy, mild during the day, and cool at night, with a continued rise in temperatures. Winds will remain moderate southeasterly, and sea waves will be moderately high. The PMD has issued warnings today about potential risks, including flash floods in valleys and low-lying areas, strong winds, and slippery roads, urging residents to exercise caution.
