Beirut: The death toll from ongoing Israeli attacks has climbed to 570, according to the Lebanese Government's Disaster Risk Management Unit. It reported that a significant number of individuals have been affected, with 1,444 people sustaining injuries due to the attacks.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Lebanese Government's report also highlights the displacement crisis, noting that approximately 759,300 people have been registered as displaced. The ongoing conflict has led to severe humanitarian concerns as thousands are forced to leave their homes in search of safety.
In addition to the rising toll, Israeli occupation forces have intensified their military actions, carrying out airstrikes on Beirut's southern suburbs and targeting 20 towns in southern Lebanon.
