Bint Jbeil: A Lebanese citizen was killed and another was injured on Saturday following an Israeli airstrike on a vehicle near the town of Bint Jbeil, southern Lebanon.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported the killing of one citizen and the injury of another as a result of a drone attack by the Israeli military on a vehicle in the village of Kherbet Selem, located in the Bint Jbeil district of the Nabatieh Governorate.
Yesterday, Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on several villages in southern Lebanon, targeting areas such as Jabal al-Rihan, Zibqin, and Yater.
Since the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon took effect on November 27, 2024, Israel has committed over 1,000 violations of the ceasefire, resulting in at least 84 fatalities and 284 injuries, according to official Lebanese data.
