Manama: King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa reiterated on Tuesday Bahrain's unswerving support for the Palestinian cause and people. Speaking during a phone call with President Mahmoud Abbas, King Al Khalifa affirmed his country's firm support for the Palestinian cause and people, towards the establishment of the independent State of Palestine, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, President Abbas expressed gratitude to the King of Bahrain for his continued support for Palestine. Both leaders agreed to maintain ongoing consultation on all issues of mutual interest, emphasizing their commitment to collaboration in pursuit of common goals.
