Jerusalem Governorate Documents 6 Killed, 216 Detained, and 116 Demolitions in Q3 2025

Jerusalem: During the third quarter of 2025, the Jerusalem Governorate documented Israeli ongoing violations and attacks in the city, which involved in brutal executions, demolition orders, arbitrary arrests, and the enforcement of actual and house imprisonment, as well as daily raids on the Al-Aqsa Mosque. The Jerusalem Governorate recorded six slain Palestinians, 216 cases of arrest, and 116 incidents of home demolition and land excavation during the third quarter of 2025.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, these figures highlight the persistent and escalating tensions in the region. The report underscores the severity of the situation in Jerusalem, with frequent confrontations impacting the daily lives of residents. The increased number of house demolitions and land excavations has been a significant concern, affecting numerous families and communities.

The arrests, as documented, involve a wide range of charges, often linked to protests and resistance against the ongoing demolitions and raids. The enforcement of house arrest and actual imprisonment further complicates the social fabric of the city, creating an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty among the residents.

The daily raids on the Al-Aqsa Mosque have also been a focal point of contention, with many Palestinians and international observers viewing these actions as provocations that could lead to broader regional instability. The situation remains tense as the residents of Jerusalem call for international attention and intervention to address these recurring issues.
