RAMALLAH: Israeli occupation forces today installed an iron gate at the entrance to the village of Deir Ammar, west of Ramallah. Local sources reported that the installation occurred at the main entrance to the village, impacting the movement of residents.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA, the action is part of a broader strategy by occupation authorities to restrict access on roads and entrances across the West Bank. This strategy includes the placement of iron gates, cement blocks, and earthen barriers. The measures are described as a form of collective punishment against Palestinians, affecting cities, towns, villages, and population centers throughout the region.
