Gaza city: Six civilians were killed and at least 15 others injured on Saturday evening in an Israeli strike on Gaza City. WAFA correspondent reported that the strike targeted a tent sheltering displaced families near the Al-Rimal Boys' Preparatory School in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City. The attack resulted in the deaths of six civilians, including two women, and left at least 15 others injured, mostly children.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, earlier in the day, medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 72,961. At least 173,092 people have also been injured due to the conflict.
Since the ceasefire went into effect on October 11, the number of those killed and injured has risen to 951 and 2,984, respectively, while 782 bodies have been recovered.
