Qalqilya: Israeli occupation forces (IOF) obstructed the movement of citizens in the city of Qalqilya on Monday. Eyewitnesses reported that IOF established a military checkpoint at the eastern entrance to Qalqilya, where they stopped vehicles and checked the IDs of passengers, thereby hindering movement in and out of the city.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, in a related development, IOF placed cement blocks at the entrance to the village of Al-Funduq, located east of Qalqilya. Local sources indicated that IOF entered the village and positioned themselves along the main street. They subsequently placed cement blocks at the village entrance, further obstructing the movement of citizens and their vehicles.
