Salfit: Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday evening seized an excavator from Qarawat Bani Hassan town, located west of the occupied West Bank city of Salfit. The local sources reported that the forces confiscated the excavator from a stone-cutting factory near the town entrance.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank under the pretext of searching for 'wanted' Palestinians, which often leads to clashes with residents. These raids are conducted without a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses, as part of its extensive arbitrary powers.
Under Israeli military law, army commanders possess full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over the 3 million Palestinians residing in the West Bank. Palestinians do not have any influence over how this authority is exercised.
