Israeli Forces Raid Yabad, Convert Residential Building into Military Post

Yabad: Israeli forces stormed the town of Ya'bad, south of Jenin, at dawn on Thursday, as reported by local sources. They said Israeli troops stormed the town, raided the building of Nayef Abu Bakr, and turned it into a military post. They forced residents of nearby areas to stay away from the building.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, soldiers also raided the home of Yousef Nazmi Abu Bakr, detaining him in one of the rooms, while deploying infantry units in the area. The targeted building is located in an area close to four schools in the town, one of which is affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). Citizen movement in the town is virtually non-existent as the occupation forces continue their incursion into the town.
