Tulkarm: Israeli occupation forces on Monday afternoon raided the city of Tulkarm and its camp.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, several Israeli military vehicles entered the city from its southern and western entrances, patrolling main streets and taking positions in front of the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital and the Israa Specialized Hospital. The forces obstructed ambulance operations, stopping and searching them, and interrogating their crews in the field.
Meanwhile, the occupation vehicles surrounded Tulkarm camp after a special force of the occupation army was discovered hiding in the Rabaya neighborhood within the camp. During the raid, snipers were positioned on rooftops of several buildings at the entrances to the camp and its surrounding areas.
In addition, the occupation forces stormed the Shuwaika suburb north of the city, the town of Anabta to the east, and Faroun to the south. They deployed vehicles and foot patrols throughout various streets and neighborhoods, disrupting the movement of citizens and vehicles.
This operation followed an air force bombing by the occupation earlier that afternoon, targeting a vehicle in front of the entrance to Nour Shams camp east of the city. The bombing resulted in the death of a Palestinian and injuries to three others.
