Jerusalem: Israeli occupation forces detained a young man Saturday, after opening fire towards his vehicle near the Jaba' military checkpoint, northeast of occupied Jerusalem. Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli army patrols pursued a Palestinian civilian vehicle, opened fire towards it, before detaining the owner, whose identity was not identified.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli occupation forces sealed off the checkpoint and prevented citizens from passing through it, tightly restricting the movement of Palestinians and causing a traffic jam.
