Bethlehem:Israeli occupation forces have continued to maintain road closures and block entrances across the Bethlehem governorate for the third consecutive day.
According to Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA – English, the closures impact several areas. The road connecting the villages of al-Jab'a and Nahalin to the west is blocked, as is the main entrance to Wadi Fukin. Entrances to Marah Rabah, al-Manshiya, Umm Salamuna, and Jorat al-Sham'a to the south, as well as the entrances to Tuqu town southeast of Bethlehem, are also affected.
On the preceding Saturday, Israeli forces shut down dirt roads leading to Tuqu to prevent access. Additionally, they used tear gas and stun grenades against Palestinian vehicles traveling on rough roads near the town.
