Israeli Forces Intensify Aggression in Gaza, Resulting in Multiple Casualties

Gaza city: Israeli occupation forces intensified their aggression against various areas in the Gaza Strip, particularly in Gaza City, resulting in the killing of several people and the injury of dozens, including women and children. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the occupation forces launched heavy smoke bombs on Gaza City, particularly in its western part, causing the smell of gunpowder to permeate tents, shelters, and homes, leading to nausea among residents. Fighter jets carried out several violent raids on the Sabra neighborhood in the south of Gaza City as drones fired in the Third Street area of the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, northwest of the city. In addition, a fire belt was implemented by the forces in the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Further aggression was noted in Jabalia al-Nazla, north of the Gaza Strip, where residential buildings were bombed using booby-trapped robots to destroy civilian homes. Meanwhile, in the central Gaza Strip, Israeli forces fir ed machine guns toward eastern Deir al-Balah, and fighter jets bombed a residential apartment belonging to the Daoud family in the Shawa Hasri tower in the al-Karama area, resulting in the deaths of a woman and her child and causing injuries to others. Rescue crews worked to recover the body of another civilian from the same tower. Local sources reported that young Kamel Issam Madi succumbed to injuries sustained from the bombing of his family's tent in the Mawasi area of Rafah. The al-Hafi family's home in the al-Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip was also bombed late at night, resulting in five fatalities and leaving others wounded or missing. Among those killed were Baraa al-Hafi, Abdullah Fayed, his wife Shaima al-Hafi, and her two daughters. Numerous injuries were reported due to gunfire targeting displaced persons' tents in the Asdaa area, northwest of Khan Yunis. Young Younis al-Khalidi was killed in a bombing targeting Gaza City. Al-Awda Hospital confirmed that it had received eigh t deceased Palestinians, including three children, and 40 wounded individuals, including nine women, within the past 24 hours. This was a consequence of Israeli forces targeting civilian gatherings at a humanitarian aid distribution point south of Wadi Gaza in the central Gaza Strip.
