Israeli Forces Injure Two Palestinians in Occupied West Bank

Jericho: Two Palestinian youths were injured on Saturday evening by Israeli occupation forces east of Jericho in the occupied West Bank, with one suffering from live gunfire and another being physically assaulted. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its teams responded to the incidents near the al-Mashrou area east of the city. One of the victims sustained a live bullet wound, while the other suffered a head injury due to beating. Both injured individuals were transferred to a hospital for treatment. WAFA correspondent detailed that Israeli forces had established a military checkpoint east of Jericho, where they proceeded to open live fire at civilians and physically assaulted several others.
