Tubas:Israeli occupation forces compelled five Palestinian families to evacuate their homes in the Ras al-Ahmar area, southeast of Tubas, on Tuesday.
According to Palestine news & Information Agency – WAFA – English, the eviction took place from 500 a.m. until 200 p.m., with military exercises cited as the reason for the evacuation.
Abdullah Bisharat, head of the Atuf and Ras al-Ahmar Village Council, reported the forced removal of the families from their tents. This incident is part of a broader pattern of ongoing assaults and restrictive measures in the Ras al-Ahmar area, which include blockades, road closures, and attacks on residents and their property. These measures have compelled dozens of families to leave the community over recent months.
