Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces erected a military checkpoint today in the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah. Local sources reported that the occupation forces set up the checkpoint at the western entrance to the village, stopping and searching several vehicles, causing a traffic jam.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, a report issued by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission stated that the number of military checkpoints and gates in the Palestinian territories has reached more than 916. This includes 243 gates that were erected after October 7, 2023.
