Israeli Forces Detain Palestinians After Being Chased by Colonists

Masafer Yatta: Israeli occupation forces Sunday detained Palestinian civilians from Masafer Yatta, while colonists chased residents and shepherds in a number of gatherings and ruins. Activist Osama Makhamreh reported that the occupation forces detained Mohammad Mahmoud Al-Najjar and Saddam Mohammad Al-Najjar as they attempted to expel colonists who had released sheep into their agricultural crops in Khirbet Al-Markaz in Masafer Yatta.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the colonists further released their sheep into lands planted with olive trees in Khirbet Al-Fakhit, affecting properties belonging to residents Shahada Makhamreh and Kayed Makhamreh. In Khirbet Al-Tuba, colonists continued the incursion by releasing livestock into agricultural crops owned by the Issa Awad family. Additionally, they attempted to steal livestock from the residents near the ruin and chased local resident Ali Al-Hamamdeh, preventing him from grazing his sheep in the Bir Ma'in area.
