Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces arrested a Palestinian man during a military incursion into the village of Deir Nidham, northwest of Ramallah. Security sources told WAFA that the forces detained Walid Mazhar after storming the village and searching several homes.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Israeli soldiers also broke into the home of former detainee Salama al-Qattawi in the nearby town of Birzeit, north of Ramallah. The operation in Deir Nidham and Birzeit underscores ongoing tensions in the area.
