Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces demolished a poultry slaughterhouse in the village of Ras Karkar, west of Ramallah, on Monday morning.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency, Head of the Ras Karkar Village Council, Marwan Nofal, reported that the forces entered the village and dismantled a 150-square-meter facility. This establishment, owned by citizen Daher Sati Abu Fakhideh, was a primary source of income for ten families, affecting the livelihood of approximately 50 individuals.
Nofal highlighted that the financial impact of the demolition, including the loss of equipment and other contents, is estimated at roughly 250,000 shekels.
