Burqin: Israeli occupation forces on Thursday demolished part of a house in the town of Burqin, west of Salfit. Local sources reported that the forces, accompanied by a military bulldozer, raided the northern area of the town in the al-Balata area and demolished part of a house owned by Atta Muhammad Hussein Rabea.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency, the house is a single-storey structure of about 100 square meters, ready for habitation but still unoccupied. The demolition is part of ongoing policies targeting Palestinian homes and properties in the area. Authorities had previously issued stop-work orders for around eight homes in the al-Balata area north of Burqin.
