Bethlehem: Israeli occupation forces demolished on Wednesday three sheep pens and destroyed animal feed, resulting in injuries to several sheep in the village of Rashaydeh, east of Bethlehem. The head of the Rashaydeh village council, Bakr Rashaydeh, reported the incident.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency, the sheep pens in the Al-Bariyah area belonged to Musa Faleh Rashaydeh, Ali Saleh Rashaydeh, and Muslim Khalil Rashaydeh. Following the demolition, Israeli troops set fire to the pens, which led to their complete destruction. The troops also destroyed large quantities of livestock feed, leaving several sheep with burn injuries.
Rashaydeh stated that there has been a recent escalation in attacks by Israeli forces and colonists. These attacks have involved assaulting shepherds, stealing sheep, and demolishing agricultural structures and pens.
