Israeli Forces Demolish Car Wash in Husan Village

Husan: Israeli forces on Wednesday demolished a car wash in the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem, according to a local official. Rami Hamamreh, director of the Husan Village Council, reported that Israeli troops raided the village and stationed themselves in the Al-Shurafa area at the eastern entrance, where they demolished the facility belonging to local resident Diaa Zaoul. The demolition was carried out under the pretext that the car wash was built without a permit.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Hamamreh stated that the car wash had faced demolition several times before. The repeated demolitions underscore ongoing tensions and disputes related to building permits and land use in the region. The incident is part of a broader pattern of demolitions in the area, which has drawn attention from various local and international observers.
