Israeli Forces Convert House into Military Point Near Jenin

Jenin: Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Meithalun, south of Jenin, at dawn on Wednesday. Local sources reported that several Israeli military vehicles, accompanied by armored vehicles, entered the town, with soldiers deploying in the streets and on the rooftops of houses.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the forces raided and searched several homes, converting the home of local resident Hussein Yousef into a military barracks after forcing him and his family to evacuate. The sources added that the occupation forces detained a number of young men and interrogated them on the spot.

The occupation forces continue to close the Jenin-Nablus road near the towns of Ajja and Jaba', which obstructs the movement of vehicles and civilians. Additionally, they continue to deploy military armored vehicles to villages south of Jenin and the Tarsala site.
