Israeli Forces Conduct Raids in Bethlehem District

Bethlehem: Israeli forces on Tuesday evening carried out two separate raids in the Bethlehem district, according to local sources. They reported that Israeli troops stormed Doha, located to the west of Bethlehem, and positioned themselves in the al-Basha area near the industrial zone. No home raids or arrests were reported during this operation.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, a separate incident occurred in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, where a large military force broke into the area. Soldiers deployed in the western neighborhood and raided the home of the slain Palestinian Mahdi Muhammad Awad Diriya. Diriya had been killed by Israeli forces earlier on Tuesday for allegedly carrying out a car-ramming attack.
