Israeli Colonists Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque Compound Under Police Protection

Jerusalem: Israeli colonists stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem on Thursday, under the protection of Israeli police. Local sources said that 568 colonists entered the mosque compound in groups, conducting provocative tours of its courtyards and performing Talmudic rituals. The colonists were guarded by Israeli soldiers and police officers.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the incident involved the participation of Israeli colonists who were seen entering the mosque compound in organized groups. They conducted tours and engaged in Talmudic rituals within the courtyards, activities which have often been viewed as provocative by the local Palestinian community. The presence of Israeli police and soldiers ensured the colonists' protection during the event, highlighting the ongoing tensions surrounding the site.
