Jericho: Israeli colonists on Monday stole a Palestinian's agricultural tools in Ein Ad-Duyuk At-Tahta village, west of the occupied West Bank city of Jericho, according to eyewitnesses. They reported that the colonists broke into the home, seizing birds and various agricultural tools.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, violence by colonists against Palestinians and their property is a routine occurrence in the West Bank. Such incidents are rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities. This violence frequently includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes.
Currently, approximately 1 million Israeli colonists reside in colonies in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, actions that are considered violations of international law.
