Gaza: Israeli colonists on Thursday night plowed agricultural land owned by Palestinian citizens in the northern Jordan Valley, escalating ongoing efforts to seize Palestinian property in the area.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, local sources reported that colonists brought in tractors and began plowing farmland near Palestinian residents' tents in the village of Al-Farsiyah. This action is part of a broader strategy to target the area, as colonists have been systematically enclosing pasture lands with fences and taking over agricultural plots.
The colonists' activities in the northern Jordan Valley have been a persistent issue for months, marked by attempts to expand their control over the region. This latest incident underscores the growing colonist activity across the occupied West Bank, often conducted under the protection of Israeli forces. The efforts are largely aimed at displacing Palestinian communities, intensifying tensions in the region.
