Yabrud: Israeli colonists today set fire to Palestinian agricultural lands on Saturday in the Bab al-Wad area of Yabrud, a village east of Ramallah, according to local sources. The sources reported that a group of colonists infiltrated the Bab al-Wad area and deliberately set fire to dry grass and olive-planted fields, sparking a blaze that spread across large tracts of farmland.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the colonists also obstructed local residents from reaching the area to extinguish the fire, further exacerbating the damage.
