Israeli Colonists Expel Palestinian Shepherds from Jordan Valley Pastures

Gaza: Israeli colonists forced Palestinian shepherds in multiple areas of the northern Jordan Valley to leave their grazing lands on Saturday.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, dozens of Israeli colonists compelled the shepherds to abandon their pastures, thereby preventing them from grazing their livestock and effectively expelling them from the area. This incident is part of a broader pattern of intensified attacks by colonists against Palestinians and their properties in the northern Jordan Valley, seemingly aimed at facilitating the expansion of more colonies.

In a related occurrence, Hassan Mleihat, the general supervisor of the Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, reported to WAFA that colonists grazed their sheep among the homes of Palestinians in the Fasayil al-Wusta area, north of Jericho. Additionally, the colonists broke into the home of the Ubayyat family. Mleihat highlighted that these actions are indicative of an escalating series of violations against Palestinians and their properties in the region.
