Hebron: Israeli colonists have set up a tent on Palestinian land in the Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron, as part of efforts to take over the area.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, activist Osama Makhamreh reported that the colonists placed the tent on land east of Sha'b al-Batm in Masafer Yatta. This action is part of a broader plan to seize the land for colonial expansion.
Makhamreh explained that the colonists' intent is to expand three colonial outposts that were established approximately two years ago on Palestinian land in the area. Their goal is to connect these outposts, increasing their presence and control over the region.
In a related incident, armed colonists have reportedly destroyed an iron fence and stolen parts of it in the Aziwa area and the village of Susiya, which belong to two local residents. Additionally, they have taken agricultural crops from these areas.
