Nablus: Israeli colonists set up a tent on Thursday on land in the al-Masoudiya area belonging to the municipality of Burqa, northwest of Nablus.
According to Palestine news and Information Agency - WAFA, Dhiab Hajji, head of the Masoudiya Land Defense Committee, reported that colonists erected the tent on Palestinian-owned land while local farmers were engaged in agricultural activities. Hajji noted that the colonists also released sheep onto the fields, resulting in damage to the crops.
Moreover, Hajji highlighted the presence of a vital water well in the area that serves the surrounding villages and the city of Nablus. The actions of the colonists pose a threat to the region's water supply and agricultural lands.
