Jerusalem: Israeli colonists stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on Thursday, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces. The incident took place in the eastern area of the mosque, which is a site of significant religious importance.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Jerusalem Governorate reported that the group of colonists performed what is known as "epic prostration" in front of the Dome of the Rock. This act occurred during their incursion into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, while being guarded by Israeli police. The presence of Israeli forces during the incident has been noted as a point of concern for local authorities.
