Jericho: Israeli colonists on Monday dismantled a residential shelter belonging to a Palestinian family in the village of Arab al-Malihat, in the Al-Muarrajat area northwest of Jericho.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Hassan Mleihat, General Supervisor of the Al-Baidar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, stated that the colonists dismantled a residential shelter that had been home to a family forcibly displaced during a previous attack on the Arab al-Kaabneh Elementary School in the same village months ago.
Mleihat noted that this act is part of a systematic campaign aimed at preventing displaced residents from returning to their lands and imposing a colonial reality by force.
